With the national crackdown on immigration, restaurants have found themselves in a potentially vulnerable position with their workforce. What are the legal requirements for restaurants -- how should I-9s be handled, what happens when employees have expired paperwork, should paperwork be regularly audited, what to do when ICE shows up and more will be discussed during this session.
