This beverage trends panel will touch on topics such as the rise in wine and spirits on tap, barrel aged batched cocktails, coffee drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), artisanal spirits, low abv options, increased use of fresh produce, etc. The panel will discuss how these trends are in response to consumer demands, are allowing restaurants to capture better market share and/or reducing costs, etc.
