All California companies with the following
are required by law to provide 2 hours of sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisors in California.:
- 50 or more employees
- Within 6 months of promoting to a supervisor
- Within 6 months or hiring into a company as a supervisor
Note: Part-time and temporary employees (including those hired by staffing agencies) plus independent contractors are part of the minimum employee count of 50)
This training meets that requirement and a certificate will be given for successful completion of this training. This training is designed towards restaurant supervisors.
